The Marketing Director will lead and develop marketing strategies and initiatives that drive sales, increase brand awareness and customer loyalty. The Marketing Director will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive marketing plan that includes market research, product development, advertising, public relations, and event planning.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan that includes market research, product development, advertising, public relations, and event planning
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with sales goals
• Manage the marketing budget and track ROI
• Create and execute digital marketing campaigns
• Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets and industry influencers
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
• Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, and social media
• Experience in project management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred
• Proven ability to drive sales and increase brand awareness
